Hey there! Got some questions about renting gear? You've come to the right place! Here you'll find answers to the most common questions we get from our customers. If you can't find what you're looking for, don't hesitate to give us a shout!
What do you rent out?
Pretty much everything you need for a snow day! We've got a wide range of skis, poles, boots, snowboards, snowboard boots, snowshoes, sledges/bobsleds, and even ski jackets and pants. You can also snag some accessories like gloves and goggles if you need 'em.
Where are your shops located?
We've got two shops in Bormio:
- Funivie Shop: Via Btg. Morbegno, 7 (super convenient for getting to the slopes!)
- Bormio 2000 Shop: Inside the Bormio 2000 shopping center
How much does renting cost?
Rental prices depend on the type of equipment and how long you need it for. The best way to get an exact price is to do a mock booking online on our website. You'll see the cost right away.
How do I book my rental?
We recommend booking directly online. It's super easy: you arrive, your gear is ready and waiting, and you get more time on the slopes!
What do I need to bring with me?
Just bring a valid ID and a credit card. If you already have your own ski or snowboard boots, bring those along too—we need them to adjust the bindings properly.
What happens if I damage the equipment?
You're responsible for any damage to the rented equipment. But, for a small extra fee (10%), you can insure the gear against damage, so you can have peace of mind.
Can I return the equipment early?
Sure! You can return it whenever you want, no penalties. However, we won't refund the difference if you bring it back before the end of your booked rental period.
Can I leave the equipment at your shop overnight and pick it up the next morning?
In both of our rentals you can use the ski and boot storage service or snowboard and shoes in ventilated lockers for a small additional cost, which can also be booked online.
